How can you get fit?
1 MUST have the Right Attitude! Be Postive
Incorporate more physical exercise in your daily routine, Become more active.
Stick to your Exercise regimen. Do the same routine for the whole week. for example (25min Treadmill, 25 Jumping Jacks, 20 Push Ups)
Keep Track of your progress. Keep a Diary (Keep track of the things you eat and drink)
Carry a Water Bottle with you at all times
Protein...
Workout!
Are you taking at least 45mins out of your day to Workout???
Lack of Water can lead to Dehydration. For Men you should drink about 13cups of water a day for Women 9cups

A: I’m going to be honest if you NEVER had a butt and your mother doesn’t have a Butt more than likely you’ll never have one either no matter how hard you workout.
I can only suggest that you do Squats and Drink Protien to build the muscle.
