For Months my Brother has been asking to Workout with me So Today I finally went on and did it and I wasn’t light on him at all. As bad as he wanted to give up and Quit I Pushed him even Harder. Physcially he felt like he couldn’t do some of the Exercises but I told him it was all Mental. If you continue to tell yourself you CAN’T then you can’t. I wasn’t going for it...
