Anonymous asked: I plan on losing about 25 lbs in the next few months. I joined a boot camp over the summer and lost 25. The trainer there suggest that I wait until I lose all my weight to before I start toning with situps and stuff. What do you suggest?
Yes once you have reached your target weight loss I think thats when you should start strength training. Toning your Body
