Anonymous asked: I'm a big individual (200+ lbs) and was told to first lose weight before trying to build muscle/tone up. I agree, I do need to lose weight, probably about 50lbs. I just find myself having a hard time getting the pounds off, especially when my arms flab up, I feel like hitting the bench press or something... I guess my question is, do you have any tips for people like me trying to lose large amounts of weight?
