Anonymous asked: Hello, I am 280 pounds, when I first started losing I was over 300, I have since plateaud and I am losing motivation. I want to lose another 50 or so by May for graduation. What can I do? My biggest problem is my stomach and sides.

1st you have to get the motivation back and get driven if this is what you want then you shouldn’t give up on yourself so easily. I know at times it gets a little tough but you should have the heart of a fighter.
