- 1 MUST have the Right Attitude! Be Postive
- Incorporate more physical exercise in your daily routine, Become more active.
- Stick to your Exercise regimen. Do the same routine for the whole week. for example (25min Treadmill, 25 Jumping Jacks, 20 Push Ups)
- Keep Track of your progress. Keep a Diary (Keep track of the things you eat and drink)
- Carry a Water Bottle with you at all times
- Protein for your muscles to Build. Your body uses Protein to Build and repair tissues.
- Get Rest, you have to give your body some time to recover from physical activities.
