2X 35 Wall Squats (Thighs, Butt)
2X 40 Bent Knee Push Up (Arms)
2X 40 Side Plank Push Up (Arms, Chest)
2X 60 Glute KickBacks (Butt)
2X 40 Back Extensions
2X 65 Elbow to Knee Crunch (Core)
Make Sure you Eat Before and After you Workout!!
