Do the Commercial Workout (For ex. When a Commercial comes on during your Fav Show get on the Floor and Do as Many Crunches until the show comes back on.)

2X35 Side Lunges
2X35 Jumping Jacks
2X35 Basic Crunch
2X20 Bench Dips
