I Lost my Headphones at the Gym today smh (somebody got me😩😒) so I didn’t get to complete my Full Workout that I had planned. Music is my Motivation in the Gym it puts me in #BEASTMODE This is what I got done before my headphones came up missing πŸ‘Ž Knocked out
200 Crunches,
120 Squats.
2X40 Leg Ext with 70lb Weight.
25mins on Stair Master.
