100 Squats (Break them into sets)
3X30 Lunges
2X30 Calf Raises
2X30 Leg Raises
3X10 Froggy Leap
(If you do not know what these exercises are listed don’t be afraid to google them)

Perfection of effort is not required, by the way. It is the consistency of attempting to work these tools that brings the progress. It’s like anything else. If I want to tone muscle, lifting a ten-pound weight a few times every day will move me toward my goal much quicker than hoisting a fifty-pound barbell once a week. Some people are born with these lean abdominal region genetics and don’t have to work to see them. Obtaining v-line abs isn’t something that’s going to happen overnight. The cuts that make v-lines pop are only visible with a low body fat percentage. So it’s not just about lower abdominal workouts it’s also about what you eat. #FitTip: Water isn’t the only way to keep your body hydrated. Reaching for a watermelon or cucumber after finishing an intense workout may hydrate your body twice as effectively as a glass of water. The biggest advantage of consuming high water content foods is that they contain minimal calories and provide a feeling of fullness.
