Quick Workout: 10 Burpee’s 300 Jumping Jacks (Cardio) 50 High Knee’s 40 Lunges, 60 Squats, 60 Crunches. Repeat 2Xs for Max Results. (Google or Youtube Exercise) I can give you a Workout. But I can’t make you do it. I am a personal trainer but I am Not your Personal Trainer. Do what you at supposed to do in order to get you where you need to be.  #TeamFitness #Message
