#FitnessTip: If you know me you know I’m a Huge Fan of Resistance Bands which are inexpensive and can be purchased for under $5 or no more than $15 depending on Which Sporting Good Store you buy them from. I’ve had people reach out to me saying that they could not find any from places such as Target, Walmart. Sporting Good stores are Sports Chalet, Big 5, Dicks this can also be Googled in Google Search as “Sporting Good Stores” Several location will pop up. Put that Smart Phone to use Folks. I actually like to buy my Resistance Bands from Ross, & Marshall’s. With resistance bands, you can do just about any type of strength training exercise chest presses, rows, shoulder presses, tricep extensions, bicep curls, and squats. They’re also Adaptable for Multiple Fitness Levels. Go get your Resistance Bands. No Gym Needed to Set your Fitness Goals.  If I can do this. 5’4, 127lbs These Legs were built with a lot of work and consistency. Today’s Leg Workout:

100 Squats (Break them into sets)
3X30 Lunges
2X30 Calf Raises
2X30 Leg Raises
3X10 Froggy Leap
(If you do not know what these exercises are listed don’t be afraid to google them)

Perfection of effort is not required, by the way. It is the consistency of attempting to work these tools that brings the progress. It’s like anything else. If I want to tone muscle, lifting a ten-pound weight a few times every day will move me toward my goal much quicker than hoisting a fifty-pound barbell once a week. Some people are born with these lean abdominal region genetics and don’t have to work to see them. Obtaining v-line abs isn’t something that’s going to happen overnight. The cuts that make v-lines pop are only visible with a low body fat percentage. So it’s not just about lower abdominal workouts it’s also about what you eat. The most important aspects of reaching this goal will be in your food and water intake, what that food consists of, cardio exercise and resistance training if needed.
