Day 1 of #100Squats #FitChallenge Who’s Joining me? For the whole month of Nov I will be doing 100 Squats a day. You can break them down into sets if you’d like. For ex. 50 in the morn and 50 at night. Make sure you complete them before your day is over. Use the Hashtag #100Squats. The squat is an excellent upper and lower body workout that primarily targets your thighs and butt, but also works the hamstrings and lower back. Why is it so important to Exercise? When I’m Angry, Sad, Happy, Moody, Crampy (That time of the month ladies πŸ˜’πŸ˜”) or Bored. I WORKOUT! Morning, Noon or Night. Exercising puts me in a Better Mood. It is definitely a mood lifter and also helps the body. While improving your body. You can also build your self-esteem and confidence. Exercising makes life more exciting just knowing how much you can improve and boost just by working out. I’m going to share a little bit of information with you. EXERCISING: Boost Mental Health. Your immune system. Boost Productivity. Strengthens your bones and heart. Improves Balance and Coordination. So are you Working out and Eating Healthy? Make the Right Choices.
