3X 30 Donkey Kicks, Squats with weights.
20mins on Stair Master for Cardio.
Light Work/ Slight Work. Don’t kill my vibe. I’m in my Zone.

200 Jumping Jacks.
100 Oblique Crunches.
100 High Knees.
50 Push Ups.
Break it down in Set. Up your Reps for max results. #TeamFitness

Today’s Workout consist of
2X150 Oblique/ Basic Crunches,
15X45 Jump Rope,
10X20 “The Hydrant” Butt Exercise,
2X30 Bicep Curls w/ Resistance band.
Remember to Stretch, Stay hydrated drink plenty of water. Break the Exercises down in sets. If you don’t know what an exercise is please google it. #TeamFitness #UnderArmour
